Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, including timely and reliable shipping.

Please note that due to high demand, we require up to 4 weeks to process and ship all orders.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not, please refer to your original order page from your email. Please allow additional time for your package to arrive based on your location and the shipping carrier's estimated delivery times.

Additionally, international shipping may be subject to customs and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Below are the policies we enforce on all orders and we deem that you agree to the below before making any purchases:

1. Active Game Collection ships from Singapore. It may take longer for users outside of Singapore to receive their packages.

2. All prices for shipments are final, rates are provided as-is by shipping services.

3. Active Game Collection processes shipments every Monday or Friday, orders made before the following week will only be shipped the following week.

4. Registered Mail has a processing time of upwards to 4 weeks, for international orders it may take longer for users to receive such packages. 

5. Shipment by FedEx will be shorter, but may be replaced with a similar service such as DHL when FedEx is not available.

6. All orders will have a tracking number provided within 4 weeks of its order. You may check your shipment from either our local mailing service (Singapore Post) or the relevant shipment companies. We do not provide information on international postal services as they do not operate in Singapore.

7. We do not entertain urgent shipment requests due to the nature of our products.

8. All orders are final and cannot be refunded. Returned items due to incorrect shipping addresses will be disposed and such orders will not be eligible for refunds or reshipping.
